Will RedmineX work with other Redmine plugins?
Yes, RedmineX is not a fork - it's bundle of Redmine plugins that work with stock / vanilla Redmine. There are very few particular plugins we're not compatible with. Just ask us.
Do any plugins contain a theme?
Yes, the UX Upgrade plugin contains a theme.
Does the Resource management plugin include the Gantt plugin?
Not any more. The Resource management plugin is a standalone plugin. It just requires the Redmine X Assets plugin that comes with it.
Does the Gantt plugin include the Resource management plugin?
Nope. The Gantt chart is a standalone plugin. It just requires the Redmine X Assets plugin that comes with it.
How do updates work and how often do you make them?
All customers will get updates 12 months from the purchase for FREE (or within the price). If you wish to get updates all the time, you will be subscribed to our perpetual subscription at 1/3 of the full price of the plugin. If you don't want any updates, you can choose to cancel the subscription, but once you decide to update your Redmine plugins, you will have to pay the full price again. What are the payment methods?
Anything except cash :-) We go with Paypal, credit/debit card, wire transfer, crypto if necessary.
I don't like some of the features. Can you adjust them for me?
Sure, we make custom adjustments. Contact us for a quote.
Are bug fixes FREE?
If there's a bug, it's on us:-) However, you need to be subscribed to get the update. If you decide to unsubscribe, you will not get any updates, support & bug fixes.
We want to order a hosting for more than 100 users. How do we do that?

Can I modify the source code?
Sure, all plugins are 100% open source and you can modify the code to your liking. However, we can only cover bug fixing for our parts of the code.
